- Standard $900 Up to 5 hrs Full PA setup, 2 wireless mics, music for breaks/lunch, slideshow playback, MC services for introductions & agenda.
- Premium $1,400 Up to 8 hrs Multiple speaker zones, 3 wireless mics, stage lighting, music cues, PowerPoint/Video integration, event recording.
- Elite $2,100 Full Day (8+ hrs) All Premium features plus on-site AV tech support, custom branding on screens, multiple breakout room coverage.

- .Multi-Day Assembly $2,000 – $3,500 - 2–3 days, full AV support, tech operator, daily setup/teardown.
- Product Launch / Expo $900 – $1,600 - Sound system, mics, music, video playback, lighting.

Travel & Booking
- Rates apply within Tampa, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.
- Outside service areas may incur a $1.50/mile travel fee.
- $300 deposit secures your booking. Balance due 14 days prior to the event.
